Worm Flour

Making a product is kind of hard at first, but you just need an idea to get started. This is what we needed  to do in English this week. Well mine is worm flour. My idea came when I was reading a book, and then worm flour comes up. So I decided that worm flour will prevail over an earlier invnetoin, that was a vacum pipe that would help you clean with small vacums. But who has those. It look like baking was pretty poular, even today, so it turned out worm flour was the winner.

Holiday Traditions #2

The Holiday Season is a time of joy, presents, and family. Well really for, my time to be jolly was over a month ago. If you don't take me seriously don't believe I don't celebrate some holidays, then get some info of my religon (which is not important right now). Really my holiday tradition is way different then people expect.
What my holiday traditions are usally on Eid (where both passed a few months ago). Usaully I wake up some where around 5:30 in the morning and get read so my Dad and I can go for prayers. Then we get home around 9:00 and about 30 minutes-1 hour later, the guest arrive. Usually they stay until noon. By then, my sister and I have money as presents (the last time I got a warped present was two years ago but I don't care). For a while we rest at the house, and then at night, we usaully go to some parties. Finally after Eid happened, we get invited to some more parties just because we didn't have time that day!

Holiday Traditions

A tradition my family does on holidays are usually on Eid. First my family wakes up early and starts getting ready. My dad and I usally go to pray with some friends. We are usally gone six ' o ' clock to  nine 'o' clock. After we come home we have a big breakfast and we invite friends. After the guest leave around noon, my family stays home and relax, or we are getting ready to go to a party. If we are staying home, my sister and I count the money we recieved. At night, if we hadn't went to a party, then we go to one. Some of my parent's friends invite us for a party after Eid sometimes (My parents did it the Sunday before I posted this). So this an eventful holiday.

Middle School

Let’s get to the chase. If you cry about when you hear about what your teacher tells you, and think that your life is over, and call your friends over to propose a funeral, or you think you’ll just flunk out, well then you don’t know what you’re capable. Yes, I know I sound like a teacher, but if you heard a student that actually went to middle school, then you would know what it be like.

Anyhow, the first time I heard from the vice principal, and the head consular, I was calm, and I thought that heh, well at least I don’t have to think about college after this. I remember when I was little, and I asked her what her favorite grade was, she used to reply, “Seventh grade,” At one point in the summer, I thought middle school is pretty tuff for some reason. The Rocket’s orientations helped my mood up a little bit, but not a lot. Then first day of middle school came.

Well coming to orientation, I already knew which one was my home room, 6-4, Mr. Pagel who was my social studies teacher. He was able help my mood about middle school, when he explained what middle school is, what they expect from us. That was starting to swim in my head.  “Middle school is about organization,” he told us. “It’s okay to be a little messy right now, but you should work on being organized.”

After homeroom (which went on until third period and I missed English), and lunch, I went to math. The teacher Mrs. Tchorz was going over what we were supposed to do in math.  We did a little sheet that had animals come to their lion king’s birthday, and the question was how many animals where there. That made the pressure on me a bit lower.

When going to science, I notice I had to walk all the way across the building, so I thought of getting used to it now. Walking there was actually a piece of cake since I’m a fast walker. So I thought well I guess I can’t be late for this class now. Well Mrs. Fuller the science teacher for the Rockets (we switch science teachers every marking period) told us about science and gave us stuff to sign. She explained that we will have her for the first and last making period, and for second and third marking period we will have th Knight’s and Stinger’s science teachers, Mrs. Schneiderman, Mr. Lothian.

After science, we went to gym, where we found out who our gym teacher is (or found out which bleacher we were supposed to sit in). Really all we did was the special for the day, talk what we’re going to do for the year, and got stuff to sign. The only thing that was different was that they check our weights and height.

Then we all went to Spanish, where the Spanish teacher, Mrs. Martinez, (rumors are she is the nice Spanish teacher) Mrs. Martinez does seem nice. She even looked like a professional. So Spanish might be better than elementary schools (I down right sucked then). The bad thing is that I’m out of practice.

The end of the day kind of went smoothly. I went to my locker which was close by.Back in orientation, I didn’t learn how to open then. Well when I ask Mr. Pagel, I watched him do it and from that point on I knew how to open a lock.

At the end of the day I noticed that middle school wasn’t too hard. I haven’t met all the teachers, but it seems I could survive through the whole year. It’s more exciting than elementary school, yet easier than high school. You can survive as long you’re serious, independent, and organized, and when your older, you want to go back to middle school, (or at least according to my sister). Soon you will probably wish you were still in middle school.

I’m I Proud of my Country.

I’m I proud of my country.  If there was two of us then we would properly have different answers. That’s O.K. since we’re two different people.  You could be from one country, and I could be from another. Sometimes one is and the other isn’t.  In this essay I will tell you if I’m proud of my country the United States of America.

We all have different cultures. We’re different countries. We could be from India, France, Australia, Peru, even Nigeria.  We speak different languages such as French. We have could worship any religion. We eat all kinds of food. In other countries, you have certain choices. In the America, we get to choose all of that.  The government doesn’t enslave us because our religion.  They give us freedom to choose, and do our custom.

The government is a well place. The government helps us in rules. Without the president, who will lead our country? Without Congress, who will make the law? Without judges, who will enforce the law? All three branches are here to bring order to our country. Our president doesn’t run just to because he or she wants to be rich. He or she runs because they want to have a great country still moving around the world.

If you think slavery should be still here in this country, then you are an evil person. Slavery ended because it mimics our country. It would be evil if we would make one of our kinds to be enslaved. Nobody should be enslaved just because their different. Imagine yourself as a slave. Unbearable, right.  The US stop it since it stood for freedom.

Everyone is different. Governments of other countries do to. Slavery is still on this world. Yet the US learned how to accept different people.  They learned how to keep us safe. They also learned how cruel slavery is. So with freedom, and safety, I’m proud of my country.

My teacher gave us homework to update our blog, and it's soppose to be about Halloween. You think I do something special for Halloween. Well your wrong. Halloween for me is just a normal day, ecept people come to my house and say "Trick or Treat."
Why don't I go treat or treat. Well part of the reason is I'm muslim, and going trick or treating is kind of wierd. Also I go insane eating candy. So when you come to my house and see me home then you'll know why.
